Patch 14369192: Inventory Organization For Cost Management - Showing Inactive Organizations In LOV (Doc ID 1559421.1)

Last updated on MARCH 10, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Cost Management - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Patch 14369192: Inventory organization for Cost Management is meant to enable the parameter for Organization in the Create Accounting - Cost Management concurrent request.

The problem is that the parameter is opened up for not only current Organizations, but also inactive organizations as well. Why is this occurring and how can it be addressed?

The valueset enabling this Inactive Org is valueset CST_SRS_INV_ORG_OU.
It has a table validation and the query given there is returning all the inventory organizations.

The where clause given there is,

WHERE caiv.operating_unit = mgoa.organization_id
   AND caiv.organization_id= mp.organization_id
   AND cod.organization_id = mp.organization_id
   AND caiv.ledger_id = :$FLEX$.XLA_SRS_SUBLEDGER_LEDGERS
ORDER BY cod.disable_date desc, mp.organization_code desc
