Sourcing - Not Able To Send Bid Invitations To Carriers (Doc ID 1559467.1)

Symptoms

The Issue:

1. Have completed the setup to perform the Sourcing process on OTM 6.2.1

2. Completed the following:
•Created a shipment set
•Built shipment set
•Created the lane summary criteria and linked it with shipment set.
•Next, Build Lane summary
•Then a Project was created in which the lane summary ID was attached
•Created a bid round with the project ID
•Generated the Carrier Response Template.
•Bid round -->actions-->Send Bid Invitation
•A new screen popped up, in which I selected the service providers to whom the bid should be sent and also attached the CRT.
•I also attached the Sourcing Contact on the Service Provider as myself
•A message popped up, 'Bid has been sent successfully'

3. If Sending the bid invitations without any attachments there is no issue and an email notification is sent.

4.  If Sending the bid invitations with attachments, be it CRT  or any document no email notification is sent and the system errors:

     Error Exception javax.mail.SendFailedException: Sending failed;
     nested exception is:
     class javax.mail.MessagingException: IOException while sending message;
     nested exception is:
    java.io.FileNotFoundException: /<dir>/temp/upload/1-CRT.xls (No such file or directory)
