Employee's Information Not Current In Checklist Screen

Find when viewing employee information on the Allocated Checklist, not all of the information displaying is correct. If an employee has a supervisor change during their employment, the first supervisor the employee had is the one that displays in the checklist as the current supervisor. Also find that all the information on the Summary region - Employee Name, Manager, Organization and Job displaying is not correct. So those employees whose name has changed display their names as of the hire date.
Expect to see the current information for the employee in the Allocated Checklist and not the original information from when the employee was hired.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as HR Professional.
2. Select Allocated Checklists
3. Query an employee who has just been terminated.
4. Select Action.
The off boarding/Separation checklist displays. The Supervisor Name for the employee is incorrect.
