Symptoms

Party Merge fails with the following error in the Party Merge log file:

This unexpected SQL error occurred during the merge process :

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
ORA-00001: unique constraint (AR.HZ_PARTY_SITES_U2) violated
Executed batch merge procedure CS_PARTYMERGE_PKG.UPDATE_CS_DATA successfully
.... One or more of the Merges in the batch had errors.
.... Please check the log file
.... No changes from the batch have been applied
Concurrent Program Execution completed
