Variant Value Exists To Create SKU, But Then On SKU Variants Field Is Blank

When Users define a INDEPENDENT VALIDATION value set and include a value value1 whose translate value ends with 0 after the decimal, another value value2 has the same translate value but without 0. Use this value set to create style item and SKU items, the attribute of SKU item with value1 display blank, and couldn't see all the SKU items on the style item overview page.

1. Create value set: Data Type Number, Validation Type: Translatable Independent, List Type:Poplist
2. Add value: Sequence 10, Value 13.9, Translated value 13.9, Description: 13.9, Sequence 20, Value 14.0, Translated value 14.0, Description: 14.0, Sequence 30, Value 14.1, Translated value 14.1, Description:14.1
3. Enter end date: current day for sequence 20, value 14.0, and change its translated value and Description to 14 Add a new value sequence 21, value 14, translated value 14.0, Description: 14.0
4. Create attribute group,Behavior:Variant, add attribute assocaited  with above value set
5. Create ICC, add above attribute group
6. Create style item using above ICC
7. In the new style item overview page, SKUs section, click Create
8. Select all Variants, click Add Selected Variants
9. Enter SKU item numbers and description, click Apply
10. Check concurrent program completed normal
11. Search style item, in the overview page, SKUs section,see all the created SKU items are there
12. Click SKU item with variant attribute value 14.0, it goes to SKU item overview page, and the variant attribute value display 14.0
