Quoting Batch Pricing Request Is Not Working (Doc ID 1560003.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Pricing Integration

When attempting to price a quote using batch pricing , the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The previously submitted pricing request has not completed. You may not update the quote until the pricing request has completed or is canceled



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a quote, add items
2. price the quote and select batch pricing
3. check the status of the batch pricing concurrent program.
