Duplicate Emails are Listed in Email Center, when only one is Email Present in the Email Server Folders. (Doc ID 1560020.1)

This problem was noted when using the Lotus Domino Email Server.

Duplicate Emails are visible in the Supervisor Queue or the Agent Inbox. When only one Email is present in the Email Server Oracle Processed Folder.

1. One Instance of Email present in Email Server Inbox Folder.
2. Download Processor is run.
3. One copy of Email now present in Oracle Processed Folder.

However there are two copies of the email in the Email Center Processing tables.
And the email appears twice in the Supervisor Queue or Agent Inbox.
