Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version,
Email Messages fail to get downloaded.
The Email Center Download Processor is up and running and moves emails from the 'Inbox' Folder to the 'Oracle Processed' or the 'Oracle Retry' Folders. However a small numbers of emails remain stuck in the Inbox and do not get moved.
