On : 12.1.3 version, AGIS Reports
When attempting to drilldown on amounts in Period Net or other columns on intercompany reconciliation Summary for period page
the following error occurs.

The log file shows:
Exception Details.
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:912)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageErrorHandler.prepareException(OAPageErrorHandler.java:1169)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Performed intercompany transaction between two entities, one of the entities' name has a '&' in the name.
2. Run the Intercompany Reconciliation Data Extract Program
3. Run the Intercompany Reconciliation Report (using request id from step 2)
4. Try to drilldown by clicking on the amounts hyperlink
5. Unable to see details; receive error message

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to drilldown the transactions belonging this one specific entity with '&' in the name.
