Symptoms

When using a 'Determining Factor Set Code' for a tax rule to determine the rate you get the error 'Determining Factor Set Code - This determining factor set code is already associated with a tax rule for this tax and rule type.'

This is because you already used this Determining Factor Set code for another tax rule, linked to a different tax status code
