Symptoms
Within a RAC environment, when attempting to re-tender out a shipment to another Service Provider, the following error occurs.
-- Error
-- Expected Behavior
The shipment would be re-tendered to the next service provider if the shipment is declined
-- What is working
The shipment is tendered out to the first service provider and occasionally the second service provider
-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. In a RAC environment tender out shipment to a service provider
2. Decline the tender and the shipment will be re-tendered to the next service provider.
3. Attempt to accept or decline the shipment, the error is then generated.
