Symptoms
On OTM version 6.2.5 when attempting to Build a Buy Shipment from a Sell Shipment using the Brokerage and Forwarding Actions, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Log onto an OTM 62 system.
2 - Create an Order Release.
3 - Build the SELL side Shipment: From the Order Release; click Actions > Operational Planning > Create Sell Shipment > Bulk Plan - Sell.
4 - A sell Shipment is created.
5 - From the Sell Shipment build the Buy Shipment.
Click on: Actions > Brokerage and Forwarding > Book Sell Shipment > Build Buy Side Shipment
5 - The error is seen.
