Error in process_data: Sub-request failed with error: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("AR"."HZ_GEOGRAPHY_RANGES"."MASTER_REF_GEOGRAPHY_ID")

Specifically the 'E-Business Tax Content Upload Process Data Program' and 'E-Business Tax Content Upload Tax Zone Program' are failing.
