Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
An item gets back ordered during pick release Reservable = No.

ERROR

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect item to pick release even if reservable = no.

STEPS
1. Set item to reservable = no.
2. Run pick release.
3. The item gets back ordered.
