TeleService: Message "FRM-40405: No changes to apply" in Service Request coming from the Contact Center (Doc ID 1561535.1)

Symptoms

While saving a Service Request, an error message appears.

User creates a Service Request (SR) from Contact Center and uses the Details button to open Service Request Form.
Changes are made to SR header or in Charges, and an error appears while saving the SR.

Error:

FRM-40405: No changes to apply.

What is Working:

Requerying the SR confirms the information has been saved.

Workaround:

Access the main Service Request form directly.
