Error: FRM-40301 FRM-40350 When Query an Invoice from Transaction Form

When attempting to query an Invoice in the Transactions Form, receive the following error:
FRM-40301: Query caused no records to be retrieved. Re-enter
When query the same Invoice in Account Details Form, when click Details button receive the following error:
FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions
Query the transaction
F11 > Enter transaction number > CTRL+ F11.
Error: FRM-40301: Query caused no records to be retrieved. Re-enter
Navigation: Collections > Account Details
Query the same transaction number in the Find Account Details window.
Account Details form is populated
Click Details button.
Transactions form is blank
Error: FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved.
