Users facing a issue that they enter RMA when item is active after some weeks/months, inventory people receives it. Within this time, item might have been inactivated (eg: Stockable, Transactable and invoice enabled attributes), so RMA line got closed with out receiving and invoicing which create lot of issue in business.
Is there any functionality to review open transaction including returns before inactive items?
