Create Quality Results During PO Receipt Isn't Launching Check Period Alert To Send Email (Doc ID 1562289.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Quality > Collection Plans

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------

On inspecting a PO receipt , and creating the quality results used to record non-conforming information, the Check Period Alert is not launched although the Send Email element is set to "Yes".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
Expect that the check period alert would be triggered and the email is sent.

WHAT IS WORKING
---------------------------
The same plan invoked for a WIP Receipt works. Additionally, if after recording the information in the receiving process, they open the same results from the Quality menu and update it, the Send Email works, i.e. the program submits the Check Period Alert program.

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigation : Purchasing > Receipts > Receiving Transactions Form

2. Inspect a receipt.

3. Select appropriate child quality collection plan and enter results.

4. Receiving transaction completes and receiving transaction processor shows as completed without error.

5. Check Period Alert is not triggered and no email sent.

6. Yet - The same plan invoked for a WIP Receipt works. Additionally, if after recording the information in the receiving process, they open the same results from the Quality menu and update it, the Send Email works, i.e. the program submits the Check Period Alert program.
