Symptoms

In the Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) Accounts Payables (AP) Concurrent Request forms, the Requestor field appears to only accommodate a maximum of 30 characters.

Example cases:

Test 1
Search for concurrent requests
In Requestor field, enter a username which exceeds 30 characters.

In Status bar, get error:

FRM-40831: Truncation occurred: value too long for field REQUESTOR

Test 2
Search for concurrent requests
In Requestor field, enter a wildcard search and click Find.
The Requestor field expands but truncates at 30 characters.
