Task Tab - Unable to Select Contact Name When Coming from the UWQ

When navigating from the UWQ task node (doubleclicking on a task), the First Name, Last Name fields in IEXRCALL default to the first contact in the LOV for that customer. Because the contact defaults when coming from the UWQ, the 'Contact' field when adding a new task, it is inactive.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Collections Agent Navigation: Collectors Work Queue
Double click on an existing task to drill down to IEXRCALL
Try to enter a new task
The contact field is inactive, and the contact in the header defaults to the first name in the list.
