Depot Repair>Actuals: Unable to enter a bill-to-address for a related party of the SR customer (Doc ID 1562398.1)

Symptoms

In Depot Repair, the user is not able to enter a bill-to-address in the actuals tab for a related party of the SR customer. In addition, the bill-to and ship-to addresses are not defaulting from the SR for related parties.

Steps:
1. Login to Oracle Apps
2. R) Depot Repair Manager -> Create SR and RO with the logistic lines.
3. Click on the Repair Actuals tab, find the following behavior:
    a) User is not able to enter a bill-to-address in the actuals tab for a related party of the SR customer.
    b) The bill-to and ship-to addresses are not defaulting from the SR for related parties.
