Problem Types Are Not Appearing in iSupport Based on Item (Doc ID 1562475.1)

In iSupport while creating a service request, when entering the item and then move to the problem code field, the problem code LOV does not return any data.
The profile "Oracle iSupport: Enable Request Type, Product, and Problem Code Mapping" is set to Yes.
