ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Through bug 7381738 a performance fix was added to cursor primary_bill_to_addr in CSSRISR.pld. Cursor primary_ship_to_addr requires the same fix:

The statement with the hint is about twice faster than the actual one with no hint. The execution time can very depending on the data in the shared pool and how the machine is charged.
Here are the worst and best execution times as seen on user acceptance instance:
no hint --------- with hint
98 sec               53 sec
0,858 sec           0,312 sec


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the system to be as fast as possible.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Navigate to Service Resp
2 - Navigate Service Requests > Create Service Request
3 - Enable trace
4 - Enter account and tab out
5 - Incident address is backfilled
6 - Check the trace file
7 - Trace file present at the following location
