Goal

Customer bank creation window needs to be removed from normal customer creation window.
You have separate users to monitor the customer bank details.  However, any User is able to create or add to the existing bank details.

Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation: Customers > Customers
Query Customer
Go To:  Payment Details Tab
Go To:  Bank Accounts

How can this be removed for specific users?
