Symptoms
When attempting to open compensation plan documents that have an "&" in the plan element name, the following error occurs:
ERROR
-----------------------
"Adobe Reader could not open 'OIC_COMPLANxxxxxxxxx_out.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Plan Administrator -> Compensation Plan and Components -> Maintain Compensation Plans -> View Document
