On : 12.1.3 version,
Actual Behavior
The Resource Groups Tab, is showing without a 'Create' button.
Expected Behavior
The Resource Groups Tab to show with a 'Create' button.
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Email Center Administrator
(N) Resource Groups
Create button is missing.
