Symptoms

No Match Returned on DQM Search.  You Have to Click on Customer Tab to See Match Records after DQM Search on Customer Page.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Customers > Customers (or Standard)
Enter a full customer name (eg. Wine Company) and click Go
No match returned.
Click on the Customer Tab, now you will see the matched record.

If you use the wildcard to search (ex. Wine%), instead of the full name (Wine Company), then you see the match returned.
