AR Transaction Number Getting Skipped When Autoinvoice Fails (Doc ID 1563535.1)

Symptoms

The Autoinvoice program is erroring.  After the Transaction number is generated, the program is skipping the Transaction number.

AR Transaction numbers getting skipped.

This is NOT the issue with cache setting that causes skip by 20.

The problem here is that the sequence skips by the number of transactions erroring in the interface while running autoinvoice.
So, if three line errors, then three sequence numbers are skipped.
