Symptoms
When running the concurrent program "Knowledge Management Solution Index Synchronization", it ends with in error.
As per the below My Oracle Support document, ran the program with parameters DR (Drop and Recreate), but sill the concurrent program is failing.
Note 1315737.1: Knowledge Management Solution Index Synchronization Concurrent Is Ending With Error DRG-10502: index CS.CS_KB_SETS_ATTACH_TL_N3 does not exist
Error:
Sync_Set_Index: Program error: Execution failed due to unexpected error.
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-10502: index CS.CS_KB_SETS_ATTACH_TL_N3 does not exist
Steps:
Run the following concurrent program:
CS_KB_SYNC_SOLUTIONS_INDEX - Knowledge Management Solution Index Synchronization
(R) Knowledge Administrator
(N) From the top Menu: View -> Requests
- Submit a New Request
- Single Request
- Choose the concurrent Program: Knowledge Management Solution Index Synchronization
- Parameters:
. Build Mode: DR
. Other params: Kept the default values
=> After a while the program fails with error.
Note:
CS_KB_SETS_ATTACH_TL_N3 does exist, and it is VALID.
Changes
- Upgraded RDBMS to 11.2.0.3.5
- First time running the KM concurrent program since the upgrade.
