RCVRCVRC - Cannot See any Receiver Name at Receipt Header and Receipt Transactions Levels For a Receipt Created (Doc ID 1563946.1)

Symptoms

When receiving a Purchase Order via Receiving Open Interface (ROI) (or via Forms) , the Receiver field is blank in the Receiving Transactions Summary form at both Header and Transactions levels although the RECEIVER_ID column is populated in RCV_HEADERS_INTERFACE table.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate the RCV_HEADERS_INTERFACE (with RECEIVER_ID column not null) and RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE tables
2. Run the Receiving Transaction Processor
3. Navigate through Receiving > Receiving Transactions Summary
4. Query the receipt
5. Select Transactions button
6. Select Header button
