Goal

The following is seen in the workflow mailer logs when this occurs:

Jun 17, 2013 7:57:56 AM GMT+03:00]:1371445076719:-1:-1:somewhere.COM:<ipaddress>:-1:-1:1:20420:SYSADMIN(0):-1:Thread[inboundThreadGroup1,5,inboundThreadGroup]:<ipaddress>:55665:1371445067707:219:PROCEDURE:[SVC-GSM-WFMLRSVC-16632476-10006 : oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsc.Processor.performError(ProcessorException)]:BEGIN (oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsc.ProcessorException: Unable to move message {<445611de-5c47-436f-8b2e-f7ba24a75cf9>} -> javax.mail.MessagingException: A10 NO COPY failed or partially completed.;
 nested exception is:
com.sun.mail.iap.CommandFailedException: A10 NO COPY failed or partially completed.)

What happened in this case is the Mailer encountered an error while copying an email from the INBOX to the PROCESS folder, as can be seen in Mailer log file above.
Because of the above error, the Mailer lost its connection to the IMAP Server, and the next attempts to use it failed with "Unable to Connect to Mail Store".

When the Max Error for both the Service Component and the Service Container have been reached, Mailer is shutdown.  So, there must be a problem with the PROCESS folder, may be it is full.
