Interface Trip Stop Is Completing With Error For Project Expense Items

Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Interface Trip Stop
We have created one Internal requisition with expense type of destination with Project references.
The cycle of ISO is completing till ship confirm once we run the interface trip stop it is completing with warning.
We are requesting project type of item which is expese destination for this type of items the issue is recurring for all ISO sales order. If destination type is inventory then ISO cycle is completing with success.
Concurrent request 'Interface Trip Stop SRS', has following error :
