When attempting to access iStore with the custom login page (ibeCAcpCustomLogin.jsp) implemented, intermittently the following error occurs for users.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. UserA logs in, leaves session idle
2. UserB then tries to go to the iStore login page via deeplink or using a bookmarked page in the browser
3. Receive the Application Error page
