Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When foreign currency invoices are created from iSupplier, the Exchange rate date is being defaulted to Invoice date and not on the GL Date basis. In addition, Exchange Rate also being defaulted as Invoice Date Exchange Rate. The issue occurs only for iSupplier invoices

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When foreign currency invoices are created from iSupplier, the Exchange Rate date and Exchange Rate should be defaulted based on the GL Date and Exchange Rate basis.  Also, the exchange rate type should be derived from the Payables Options / Currency Tab.  However, if it happens to be "NULL" or "User", ISP will change the Rate type to "Corporate" in the invoice.
