Symptoms
When logging into User Productivity client, Users receive an error "Unable to connect to the remote server. Verify the webserver and database server are running. If you continue to have problems connection, contact your administrator."
The error in the OdDev logfile is:
System.ServiceModel.Security.MessageSecurityException: The security timestamp is stale because its expiration time ('2013-02-20T21:31:22.267Z') is in the past. Current time is '2013-02-20T21:43:19.181Z' and allowed clock skew is '00:05:00'.)
