Symptoms
You are not able to create Customs Shipments when using Trade Transactions created of OTM Shipments. The following error occur when
java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0
Replication Steps:
----------------------
01. Create an OTM Order Release.
02. Plan an OTM shipment.
03. Select the created shipment > Actions > Create Trade Transaction
04. Trade Transaction created > Actions > Create Customs Shipment > Use a Consolidation Criteria ID
05. Click "Create Shipment"
06. See the error.
