Credit Memo Workflow with AME is Not Creating Credit Memo, No Error Message is Raised (Doc ID 1564662.1)

The Credit Memo Workflow with AME is Not Creating Credit Memo and there is no error message raised to show why.

Steps to Reproduce:

Enter a dispute from Collections Agent responsibility.

The AR Credit Memo Using AME workflow generates a notification in the Credit Memo Creation steps, for activity 'Credit Memo Creation Problem - Inform Receivable User'.
The notification does not contain any error. 

Instead, the following is shown:

Contents of notification:
The following error(s) occurred when attempting to create a credit memo for 4001.
Default: Please request manual credit memo entry or fix the problem and resubmit.

There is no error message displayed so you cannot determine the reason why the credit memo cannot be created.
