Why Transaction Summary Form Does Not Show The Customer Bank Account Number? (Doc ID 1564699.1)

After the upgrade from 11i to R12, Transaction Summary Form does not show the Customer Bank Account Number or the Customer Bank Account or Customer Bank Name even though the information can be found in the Transactions>Payment Instrument form.
