On : 12.1.3 version, Update Service Request

Actual Behavior:

When clicking on a task in the CS HTML, incorrect task opens up.

Expected Behavior:

Correct task should open while opening the tasks.


(R) Customer Support Specialist
(N) Agent Dashboard > Advanced Search

. Input search criteria, and then hit Search.
. Open SR through click Summary link.
. Click Resolution and Wrap Up tab.
. Click update icon to open the first task.
.Click Service Request link to return to SR page.
. Hit OK on the pop-up window.
. Try to open the second task through click update icon.
