Symptoms

AR_INVOICE_API_PUB And AR_CREDIT_MEMO_API_PUB Packages Are Invalid. The package bodies for both these packages are invalid.

When attempting to compile the package body, the following error is received:

alter package AR_INVOICE_API_PUB compile BODY;
