The purpose of this document is to provide basic troubleshooting techniques for Configure to Order (CTO) for a basic Assemble to Order Item (ATO) in Order management, provide basic understanding of the CTO data flow and to discuss on a high level some of the tools (diagnostics, scripts, etc.) used by Oracle Support.
The goal is to understand the data flow from Oracle inventory, Bills of Materials, Order Management and Work in Process. We will setup and demonstrate the process of creating a sales order for a basic Assemble to Order Item (ATO).
