Incorrect User Name Shows On Note Created In Oracle Customers Online (Doc ID 1565439.1)

Changed Employee name from John Doe to Jonathan Doe
Run the concurrent program Synchronize JTF_NOTES_TL_C1 index through CRM Administrator responsibility

1. Log onto Oracle Customers Online User responsibility
2.  Query Customer Registry ID = XXXXX (<COMPANY NAME>)
3.  Navigate to Notes
4.  Create Note button
5.  Enter a new note
6.  Save
7.  Query up that Party Registry ID XXXXX
8. Click on the Note Link
    You see User =  Doe, John(JDOE)  
    It should be Doe, Jonathan(JDOE)

The problem only happens to the employees which have name changed via HR
