Re-Route LOV Displays Sender Name Instead Of Unique Email Account Name

The Re-Route LOV's for both Email Center Agent and Supervisor responsibilities display the Sender Name instead of unique Email Account Name even though the profile option "IEM: Display Name for Account" is configured for 'User Name'.
