Reordering the CX Archive Path Gives Error JBO-26048 (Doc ID 1566144.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to change the order of the Configurator Extension archive path for a model,  if you click on the Reorder button a couple of times and then hit the Apply button the error occurs. This was happening in 11.5.10 as well.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to the Oracle Configurator Developer responsibility
2. Open the model in Edit mode
3. From the General page, click to Edit Archive Path
4. Make a selection and 'Add to Selected List'
5. Click the 'Reorder' button
6. Reorder as needed and click on the Apply button
7. Click Apply on the next screen
8. Error occurs
9. You may need to repeat steps 4-7 a couple of times.
