Benefits Confirmation Statement PDF and Self-Service Confirmation Page Totals Differ (Doc ID 1566298.1)

Symptoms

Find that the OAB:Oracle Advanced Benefits PDF Confirm Statement and System Confirm Page totals are different.


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. The end user made benefit elections in self service that caused benefits to go to a suspended status.
2. The confirm statement page display shows the correct total that includes only current and interim rates added up.
3. When clicking on the pdf version for the same person the incorrect total displays that includes all rates - interim and suspended totaled together.

Workaround

Remove total line from displaying on the pdf version of the confirmation statement.
