Internal Sales Order Created With Line Status as Booked Instead Of Awaiting Shipping (Doc ID 1566479.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 06, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Order Management - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

Internal Sales Orders are created in Booked status instead of Awaiting Shipping
When workflow status checked, it shows status Incomplete, with workflow Function 'OE_STANDARD_WF.STANDARD_BLOCK'.
When the concerned ISO line is manually scheduled, status shows as Awaiting Shipping.
We are expected the ISO created in instance to get automatically in Awaiting Shipping status.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run request set 'EEP - Create Internal Sales Orders' in org
2. Provide all parameters as 'Internal'
3. Submit request set
=> ISO gets created, but its line status shows as Booked, it should be Awaiting Shipping
=> Line workflow status is Incomplete
=> With manual scheduling the ISO line status gets corrected as Awaiting Shipping
