Symptoms
When selecting the "Create" link in the Service Request Container on the Email Center compose page, the following error occurs.
Error
Unable to find an object with the name - CategorySegmentVO.
Steps
(R) Email Center Agent Console
(N) Home > Inbox
Open an email message
In the Reply message window, click on Create Link
The error above is displayed.
