Parts Requirement: The Task Ship-To Address LOV Is Empty If The Item Instance Is Installed At A Different Customer (Doc ID 1566777.1)

When creating a Parts Requirement for a task with an item instance installed at a different customer than the customer on the service request, the Task Ship-To Address does not display any values.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create SR for a Customer A and Serialised Item
 - Item Owned by Customer A
 - Item Installed at Customer B
2. Create a Task and Assign.
3. Click on "Parts".
4. Select Address type = "Task".
