Default NULL value using Order Import Process (Doc ID 1566884.1)

In Release 12.

Customer has the need to update Attribute4 on the base tables to NULL.  Attempting to accomplish this by using the Order Import Concurrent process by passing DFF as No.

When the order is first imported this attribute column is populated with the data being passed accordingly.

Afterwards if we attempt to modify the sales order by passing a NULL value to the attribute column in UPDATE mode, field/attribute4 in the base table is not getting updated with the NULL value.

We suspected that this update is not happening, as we are passing the 'Validate DFF input parameter as No'.

How can this be accomplished?
