Transaction Form Issue: Transactions Are Shown for All Organizations When the Security Profile is Set To Only One

On : 12.1.3 version, Transactions Related
Attempting to query transactions for a specific customer and find that the results show transactions from all operating units, when the Security profile has been set to one Org.
This is not happening with Receipt form. They list only receipts from one Org.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create Security Profiles for one Org
2) Run Security List Maintenance program
3) Assign MO: Security Profile to AR responsibilities
4) Set MO: Default Operating Unit
